    About this opportunity:CLEAR offers opportunities to volunteer in its two community gardens (Buckhaven and Methil). These sessions run on both Wednesdays & Thursdays from 10am -3.00pm, volunteers are provided tea and coffee at both the morning and the afternoon sessions. A healthy lunch is also provided for all volunteers.

    This role is outdoors (though there is shelter if the weather turns) and involves some physical exercise.

    The range of tasks is seasonal, and includes:

    - planting seed in seed trays, potting up, planting, watering, pruning, composting, harvesting, weeding and grass/hedge cutting. This opportunity is interesting and varied, changes over the seasons and supports both physical and mental health.
