Welcome Payment: We’re offering a welcome payment of £1000 (£500 in your first salary and £500 on successful completion of probationary period)
Hours: 20 hours per week – can be worked flexibly
Salary: £13.45 per hour plus Living Pension – 9% Employer, 3% Employee
Location: Various across Fife (Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Leven, Cupar). Travel between sites paid at 55p/mile
We’re happy to discuss flexibility in working hours and how the role is split across Fife to help the right candidate balance any caring or other responsibilities with work.
The post holder will provide a high quality and reliable cleaning and light maintenance duty service that will ensure Fife Voluntary Action continues to provide a high standard of office and meeting facilities for internal staff, tenants and partner organisations.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience of providing a cleaning service to a high standard
- Has a willingness to adapt, work as part of a team and to help others
- Has good people skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people
- Is organised and efficient
- Has a personal commitment to equal opportunities and organisational excellence
- Displays honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics in all actions and decisions
- Ideally has a current valid driving licence and access to a car
