Sore? Know More! is a community educational session delivered by clinicians from the Fife Pain Management Service.
Understanding of pain has changed over the years. Sore? Know More! sessions are for anyone interested in learning about the latest pain science and why pain can persist for the long term. The session also covers the impact of pain and introduces participants to the Pain Management Jigsaw.
Sessions are suitable for people who live in Fife and are experiencing long term pain. It can also be for friends, families or health care professionals working with people who experience chronic pain. For those waiting for surgery, many of the recommendations or different strategies may assist with managing before surgery or support recovery after surgery.
The sessions are free and booking is essential.
