Nominations for Fife’s 2025 Volunteering and Voluntary Sector Awards open on Tuesday 25 March. The closing date for nominations is 11.59pm on Wednesday 23 April 2025.
To help you out, we've outlined the nominations process so you know what to expect:

After the closing date, some of volunteer team check through the nominations to make sure all of the key information is included. If there is anything pertinent missing, you may be contacted by one of our volunteer development officers. If you do hear from us, please respond promptly so your nomination can be considered thoroughly.

Nominations are then sent to the judging panel who review them and select a winner for each category.

If you have been shortlisted for an award, the nominator will receive an e-mail to inform them, along with an invitation to the awards. Please RSVP by the date given and name the attendees going to the awards.

We will do our best to contact everyone who has made a nomination, however due to the high volume of entries, it can be difficult to respond to everyone. We will do our best to contact you, but if you haven’t heard from us by Friday 16 May 2025, unfortunately you have not been shortlisted.
