The Fife Health and Social Care Partnership (FHSCP) wants to ensure that they, as a Partnership (and the stakeholders they work with), embed the practice of providing spaces, measures, and opportunities within their workforce for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalised because of their identity characteristics. This can include those who have disabilities, those from minority social and ethnic backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations etc.
They want to understand from their workforce what your needs, wants, and thoughts are regarding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), which will help shape and inform the key initiatives thety would like to focus on within the FHSCP EDI Workforce Action Plan.
The survey will take less than five minutes to complete and will close in May 2024.
Engagement sessions are available on the following dates:
- Virtual session on 15 February
- In person session on 29 February
- Virtual session on 14 March
- In person session on 28 March
