    We’re looking for an Administrative Officer to join our highly successful Footcare Fife team.  Footcare Fife is a volunteer delivered service, supported by Fife's Health and Social Care Partnership, which provides thousands of personal footcare appointments every year.

    Main Purpose of Post

    To provide high quality, accurate administrative support to the Footcare Fife Project including maintaining and updating the appointment system, liaise with venues, volunteers and customers and, after personal footcare training, provide backup cover where and whenever necessary. Our Footcare Fife service has been running for 9 years with thousands of very satisfied clients, and the service is of significant importance to them and their families.  The project requires a highly competent administrative officer to ensure continued success and client satisfaction.

    4. Liaise with, and help maintain, positive relationships with NHS partners and other stakeholders;

    10. To support other staff when required in relation to specific activities such as event management;
    11. Consistently gather and report data required for FVA’s quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation systems;
    12. To take personal responsibility for contributing to high quality standards in customer relations, service delivery, project management and communications.
