Feedback, praise, suggestions and complaints

  • We are always interested to hear your experiences and suggestions regarding the services we provide. If you have used one of our services and have some feedback you would like to share, please fill in our Feedback Form (PDF file). This will be used to help us review and improve our services.

    We want your experience with us to be positive and therefore we take any negative feedback or complaints very seriously. If you wish to make a complaint regarding a Fife Voluntary Action service, please use the same Feedback Form (PDF file) to provide us with details. Your complaint will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence. You will be contacted by the CEO as soon as possible either to acknowledge your complaint or to seek further details regarding your complaint.
