Created/last updated: 06/12/2019Aims and objectives Home-Start Kirkcaldy offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children in Kirkcaldy, Kinghorn, Burntisland and Cardenden. Since 1994, they have offered a unique service for families - recruiting and training volunteers to support parents with young children at home. They help families deal with whatever life throws at them, supporting parents as they learn to cope, improve their confidence and build better lives for their children.
