Your anonymity is protected by using first names only and anything discussed within a meeting is confidential. Al-Anon meetings are a safe space where you can talk about your own concerns and feelings. The minimum age requirement is 18, we have Alateen meetings for ages 12 - 17 years. Meetings held every Tuesday 10:00 - 11:15
