  Al-Anon members provide one another with mutual support, by sharing their experiences with each other at an Al-Anon meeting. Your anonymity is protected by using first names only and anything discussed within a meeting is confidential. Al-Anon meetings are a safe space where you can talk about your own concerns and feelings. The minimum age requirement is 18, we have Alateen meetings for ages 12 - 17 years.
