    Do you like a challenge?

    Do you want to make a difference?

    LINK East Fife Adult Mental Health Befriending Project are currently seeking volunteers.

    If you can spare at least 2 hours fortnightly to help an adult who has become isolated through mental health problems they would love to hear from you. You might find yourself going to the theatre, cinema, swimming, playing squash, visiting places of interest or just having a walk or a chat over coffee.

    LINK East Fife Adult Mental Health Befriending Project has several male clients who would appreciate the support of a male volunteer to talk about sport or take part in activities of mutual interest. This would also help balance the male/female volunteer ratio.

    The many benefits include:

    • Ongoing training;
    • Support and Ongoing Supervision;
    • Being part of a Volunteer Friendly organisation;
    • Out of pocket expenses;
    • Group events.

    The next initial training programme will be held in September.

    For further information please call Senga Smith, Project Coordinator, on 01382 903215 or e-mail [email protected]
