Active Options 2 Volunteers - Fife Sports & Leisure Trust
Created: 6/23/2015Active Options 2 is a programme of health classes for individuals with certain long term health conditions. Volunteers will have the opportunity to meet new people and help encourage class participants to be physically active.
The volunteer will assist in the running of the AO2 class under the supervision of the class instructor. He/she will work as part of a team and meet other volunteers and class instructors. They will also help the class instructor to support and motivate individuals attending the class.
The volunteer will have an understanding of the benefits of physical activity and be enthusiastic and motivated to encourage healthy lifestyles.
Place and Time: Cupar Leisure Centre on Mondays from 2.30 - 3.30pm or Leven Leisure Centre on Tuesdays from 12.00 - 1.00pm.
