    The Trust provide funding for projects working with vulnerable children and young adults, especially those at risk of sexual and other forms of exploitation.

    They prefer to fund project costs rather than core costs. Projects can include those that provide: training for work and personal development, clubs and play schemes, safeguarding education, mental health support and counselling, emergency care.

    What they fund

    Examples of projects that they fund will relate to:

    • out of school and after school support
    • safeguarding education
    • personal development
    • mental health support and counselling

    The Trust aims to work with small charities and will rarely support capital projects.  Please note that despite its full name, the Magdalen Hospital Trust is not a medical charity.

    Range of grants

    Usually £500 - £2,000.

    Who can apply?

    UK-based Charities/Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs) working with vulnerable children and young adults, especially those at risk of sexual and other forms of exploitation.
