Volunteers sought for Museum of Communication Exhibition in Burntisland
Created: 4/4/2019The Museum of Communication is looking for volunteers to help man its 2019 exhibition. The exhibition opens in May and runs until the end of September on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 11.00am and 4.00pm.
No technical knowledge required. Volunteers will greet the public, encourage them to use the hands-on displays and ensure the safety and security of the artefacts. Training will be given. Full notes will be given on the artefacts on display, a seasoned guide will be in attendance, and a technical expert will be around should extra support be needed. Hours and days (or part thereof) can be arranged to suit the individual. Join their welcoming team: meet interesting visitors. There are good public transport links to the Museum.
