    About this opportunity:Be a Chairperson for a charity providing vital support and information for people with brain injury, their families and carers. The chairperson plays a vital role in assisting the board in organising the smooth running of the support group.

    Build your experience and share your skills for Fife Headway. This role is vital to help run the work that they do.

    The role is varied and may include the following:

    -Planning the annual cycle of board meetings

    -Setting agendas for board meetings

    -Chairing and facilitating board meetings

    -Giving direction to board policymaking

    -Monitoring that decisions taken at meetings are implemented

    -Representing the Headway Group at functions, meetings

    -Acting as a spokesperson as appropriate

    -Bringing impartiality and objectivity to decision-making
