    Volunteer Opportunity No. VO92067 - Created/last updated: 15/07/2022

About this opportunity:The Old Town House is a Grade A-listed building in Townhall Street, Inverkeithing dating from around 1770, and was used historically for a variety of civic purposes, including as a debtor's prison. It is an exciting heritage and community project - the current redevelopment work will make the building more accessible and functional.

A new and developing Board will take responsibility for all operational aspects, including lets and marketing, with all income generated used to support the operation of the Town House. Current board members have skills in the voluntary sector, building and project management and finance and particularly wish to encourage new members with skills in marketing and public relations, managing people and income and sustainability. In addition, representation from young people and marginalised groups is sought.
