    About this opportunity:Trust in Fife are looking for committed individuals who can share their skills and experience to support the governance and strategic direction of the organisation. The Board Member will be passionate about the values of the organisation, have an ability to work as part of a team; an understanding of the pressures facing charitable organisations in the current economic climate and a genuine interest in being involved.
    The role involves:
    -Developing strategy and planning
    -Developing policies and procedures and establishing monitoring systems
    -Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
    -Financial reporting

    Takes place:

    Wednesdays

    Sundays
    Minimum age:18
    Maximum age:100
    Training provided:New board members are given information about the organisation set up and opportunity to tour the sites and meet with employees. They are provided with an induction handbook including training on data protection and confidentiality and have opportunities to meet with CEO and other board members for ongoing training.

    Yes - Mileage is paid at 45p per mile. Public transport rates are reimbursed.
