    About this opportunity:East Fife Community Football Club (EFCFC) is a community-based football club located in Methil, Fife. They have a "football for all" policy for children, adults and volunteers. They currently have 18 youth football teams, and over-35 team and an Amateur team.

    They also have a large pool of existing volunteers and through involvement in a Young Person Community Leadership Programme, are looking to recruit a 16-25 year old to carry out an Administration role.

    The role will provide support to ensure SFA systems are kept up to date for quality mark renewal and to ensure they advertise the best of themselves to the community.

    Typical tasks will involve:

    -Updating SFA Live online database

    -Creating and updating posters/leaflets for community programs

    -Updating volunteer database

    -Communicate with volunteers regarding outstanding paperwork

    ยท-Support with monthly review of subscriptions

    Takes place:

    Minimum age:16
    Maximum age:25
    Training provided:Mandatory training will be given on the use of SFA platforms and My Club Hub (In house membership platform) Training on Microsoft packages will be provided.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Legitimate travel expenses reimbursed on a monthly basis.

    Experience required:Whilst they will focus on personal attributes, they are looking for an organised young person who has basic IT skills, and a willingness to learn. In turn, you will be supported to develop your communication skills as well as build on your competence and confidence with a range of Microsoft Office Applications

    This role would either suit home working or volunteers are welcome to come to the office at; Locality Hub Bayview Stadium, Harbour View, Methil, Fife, KY8 3RW

    Travel DetailsThis role would either suit home working or volunteers are welcome to come to the office at; Locality Hub Bayview Stadium, Harbour View, Methil, Fife, KY8 3RW Whilst the majority of the role can be completed from home there is a requirement to meet with other volunteers on a monthly basis and they would strongly encourage this. Working either in the club office, FRIC Methil Innovation Park or from home.
