As this is a busy kitchen environment, they're looking for volunteers who are able to listen to instructions and take heed of safety advice. They're also keen to hear from people with previous cafe experience - however, this is not necessary as full training will be provided. People come into the community centre from all walks of life, so patience and a non-judgemental attitude is required from all volunteers.
