    About this opportunity:Kingdom Community Bank need your help to offer affordable credit and saving opportunities to the people of Fife. You will engage with people locally and offer financial inclusion as a part of their service to the community.

    Volunteers at KCB operate on the front line in their community Access Point. There, they offer a range of financial services from savings to affordable loans, and their volunteers help and facilitate local people accessing these services.

    Volunteers should be willing to champion the credit union, assist their members with completing forms etc and support the ethos and principles of credit unions.

    You should be an effective communicator, comfortable with people and prepared to commit 2/3 hours per week.

    Minimum age:18
    Maximum age:100
    Training provided:After selection the volunteer will receive training until they feel competent and able to manage various scenarios. Thereafter, regular visits will occur and there is a community resource to seek guidance and support, as well as ongoing telephone assistance.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Volunteers shall submit a weekly & monthly expenses claim for reimbursement, either at public transport rates or at 40p/mile.
