    About this opportunity:Fife Cultural Trust are looking for members of the public to help them to 'walk in the shoes'of their customers. You will record data and comments which will help them improve their customers' experience. Main tasks include taking on the role of a library customer with specific requirements and, using a set of pre-set questions, help to access the building, staff interaction with customers and a range of services provided. you will also be required to complete an online questionnaire at each library you choose to visit.

    Maximum age:100
    Training provided:All of their volunteers receive a welcome pack with full details of their volunteering role, as well as venue specific information and a volunteers handbook. They will receive training from an experienced member of staff who will support them throughout their volunteering.

    Yes - Public transport, mileage if applicable

    Experience required:they are looking for people who can work well as part of a small team , have an interest in/ experience of using public library services and have basic IT skills sufficient to use an electronic tablet.
