  About this opportunity:	Fife Centre for Equalities (FCE) works with partners and communities to make Fife a fair, equal and inclusive place to live, work and study. FCE are looking for volunteer Community Factfinders to help increase understanding about barriers to equality. FCE want you to tell us about your community - this is flexible as you choose who you mean by it and you can tell the story through interviews or photos, videos, music or song. You will become part of a local group and wider community of action researchers and you will access training and support to share the testimonies to bring about positive change. FCE will initially recruit and train 6-8 volunteers and will host an information session on 7th March at 12 noon if you would like to find out more about the project.
  Takes place:	mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays
  Minimum age:	18
  Maximum age:	no upper age limit has been specified
  Training provided:	Volunteers will receive induction and ongoing training and support.
  Out of pocket expenses paid?	Yes - Travel expenses for training and planned action research will be reimbursed weekly. This covers cheapest available public transport and a mileage rate of 45p per mile.
  Experience required:	Good communication skills - listening and not being afraid to ask questions and reporting skills. Commitment to equality, fairness and inclusion.
