Bee Buddies require a social media volunteer to promote, develop and maintain our online presence in order to maximise our impact and to promote ourselves as widely as possible to the local community. Typical tasks will involve:- Sharing stories/updates through social media (Facebook) Connect with local community organisations Upload pictures relating to the work of Bee Buddies Maintain a regular online presence
no upper age limit has been specified
Internal induction training given.
Internal bee awareness training given and internal beekeeper training given if required.
Also Child Protection training given if required along with First Aid training.
All training requests from volunteers will be seriously considered.
Out of pocket expenses paid?
Yes - Travel expenses are paid.
A knowledge of using various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram would be advantageous.
