OpportunityAbout this opportunity: Fife Centre for Equalities (FCE) is a joint initiative between Fife Council, NHS Fife and Fife Voluntary action. Working with partners, FCE is helping to develop more inclusive and responsive services for people in Fife, and working to build a picture of Fife's modern and diverse population. To help us to reach everyone in Fife, we require a range of enthusiastic networkers who can help us with the following tasks:-
Widening FCE's database of individuals, community groups and organisations.
Gathering and sharing information from communities of geography and interest.
Promoting FCE's events as well as being involved in the planning and running of these events.
Identifying accessible venues.
Encouraging individuals to be involved in the work of FCE by hosting information stalls and using other marketing tools.
Being a voice of equality and diversity.Takes place: mornings afternoons evenings Mondays 
Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays Minimum age: 16 Maximum age: no upper age limit has been specified Training provided: FCE has a team of five employees. The volunteers will be inducted by the manager. The volunteers will have ongoing support from all team members and in particular the Development Officer and Engagement Officer. Out of pocket expenses paid?
Yes - We will reimburse public transport or mileage of 45p per mile. Volunteers will need to complete an expense claim form.Experience required: We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds, skills and abilities. We particularly welcome those who have additional language skills as well as British Sign Language. Restrictions on who can volunteer
