OpportunityAbout this opportunity: We are looking for volunteers to:-
Lead a Gentle Movement class in various locations across Fife for people affected by cancer and their family/carers.
Attend all required training and support sessions.
Complete basic paperwork for each class.
Participate in the evaluation of the Fife Gentle Movement groups.

Regular social activities with other volunteers on the Move More program.
Be part of an innovative project, the first of its kind in Fife!Takes place: mornings afternoons evenings Mondays 
Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays Minimum age: 18 Maximum age: no upper age limit has been specified Training provided: Full training for the role will be provided. This will consist of 1 day core induction training and additional training around the delivery of these classes will also be provided. Out of pocket expenses paid?
NoExperience required: We are looking for volunteers with:- Willingness to undertake training required. Open, warm and friendly manner. Good communication skills. Commitment to the role. Non-judgemental. Ability to 'actively listen' (training will be given). Awareness of own limitations and boundaries. Excellent time-keeping skills. Reliability. Restrictions on who can volunteer
