    About this opportunity:Save the Children UK is a charity that works in over 100 countries to provide children with essentials, education, health and rights.
    Their St Andrews store is looking for volunteers to support at their charity shop, where funds raised, contribute to financing this activity. The shop is busy and there is plenty to get involved in. Typical tasks will involve:
    -Sorting and pricing stock
    -Engaging with customers
    -Handling cash and working the till
    -Creating window displays
    -Keeping the shop floor looking wonderful

    Takes place:
    morningsafternoonsevenings
    Mondays
    Tuesdays
    Wednesdays
    Thursdays
    Fridays
    Saturdays
    Sundays
    Minimum age:18
    Maximum age:100
    Training provided:All volunteers are welcomed into the shop with open arms. Hands on and online training is also provided.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Reasonable travel costs can be claimed daily, Volunteers to liase with Shop Manager

    Experience required:Applications from people with a range of skills and experiences are welcome. You don't need any retail experience; full training will be provided. What is important is that you are a team player, open to learning and willing to follow Save the Children's policies.
