  About this opportunity:	The Street Games Project is part of Glenrothes Detached Youth Work. Detached Youth Work engages with young people wherever they gather. This predominately occurs on the streets. The Street Games Project is a Mobile Sport Pitch (stored in a trailer) that can be assembled practically anywhere on the streets, in car parks etc. The Project provides positive and healthy opportunities for young people offering various sports such as football, basketball, volleyball etc. We are looking for an experienced driver that can tow the Street Games Pitch to the heart of the community and give young people opportunities to become involved in positive and healthy sporting activiities. You will become a valued member of a friendly and dynamic team and if you wish you can undertake training that is available through the Detached Youth Work Team. It is important that you have passed your test before 1997 which will give you the required licence. If required the Project will put you through your test to drive a minibus for Fife Council.
  Takes place:	mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays
  Minimum age:	none specified - most organisations will work with volunteers aged 16 and over
  Maximum age:	no upper age limit has been specified
  Training provided:	Volunteer will go through Fife Council Volunteer Procedure and Street Games Induction training. Given opportunity to take Fife Council Bus Test and ongoing youth work training, i.e. First Aid etc. Have regular support and supervision meetings.

  Experience required:	The volunteer needs to have passed their test before 1997 to have the required driving licence. It would be beneficial if they have driving experience and skills. It would also be appropriate if they have a positive attitude towards young people.
