    About this opportunity:Express group Fife (EGF) is a small mental health charity which was established almost 50 years ago.

    They deliver peer support, social activities and lunches to up to 180 people every week who attend their 11 groups across Fife. They have 2 fulltime staff attending the groups as well as parttime staff and volunteers. They are looking for a person to assist in their office, they need help with updating their forms, documents and processes.

    They are a small friendly team of 7 and they are looking for someone to share their ideas and experience to help them develop the charity as well as support them in the work they are currently doing. There is no requirement to have experience of mental health issues.

    Training provided:The volunteer will be shown the processes currently used, supported until they are familiar and confident to work unsupervised If specific training is required to undertake the tasks EGF will provide that internally if possible, or refer to external training providers
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - We currently pay 0.55p per mile or the cost of public transport (on receipt of tickets / receipts)

    Experience required:They are looking for a person who has experience using a package of Microsoft, who has a good eye for detail, has good literacy skills and who can work on their own initiative following a task list once trained. They are looking for a friendly individual, who is comfortable working as part of a small team.
