    About this opportunity:This role is to provide secretarial support for Trustee Meetings of the charity BRAVEHOUND. BRAVEHOUND is a charity that supports veterans with a mental health diagnosis such as Post Traumatic Syndrome. The Charity trains and provides life changing assistance dogs to the veterans enabling them to live their life to the full. This is an opportunity to be involved in this amazing charity but without the regular weekly commitment.

    The role specifics are to collate reports for Trustee Meetings, to attend Trustee Meetings and Annual General Meetings, taking minutes and recording action points.
    You will collate reports to circulate to the trustees 7 days prior to meeting and following the meeting to circulate the minutes within 7 days of the meeting.

    Training provided:Volunteers are given an induction to Bravehound, and will be given any relevant training for the role. Support will be available from the chair of the board.

    Yes - Expenses are reimbursed at public transport rates or 45p per mile.

    Experience required:Volunteers should have access to Microsoft Word a suitable device such as laptop or computer and feel confident in taking accurate minutes.
