About this opportunity:Burntisland Community Suppers (a subgroup of Burntisland Community Development Trust) provide a warm 2-course meal every Saturday evening from November to March for the Burntisland community. The suppers are operated on a ‘pay as you can’ basis and are enjoyed by a wide range of people. Some come to enjoy company, some come for a hot meal they struggle to make themselves, some come to provide a meal for their family in times of rising food prices and others come for something different to do in town on a Saturday evening.

The suppers are completely volunteer run and there are many different roles available each week including front of house, assisting the cook, dishwashing, food shopping and greeting diners. Volunteers are supported to complete training such as food hygiene certification and first aid. There are also opportunities to join our organising committee and get involved with fundraising, organising events, training, finance, marketing and social media engagement.
