    About this opportunity:

    Training provided:The volunteer will be given a brief tour of the Scottish Fisheries Museum, and of REAPER. They will be introduced to key staff and shown on-site facilities. The volunteer will be given access to the Scottish Fisheries Museum's online Volunteer Knowledge Base, where its policies and procedures are kept. The volunteer will be inducted into the specifics of the role on their first day and will receive ongoing training and support. Ongoing training and support will be provided by the Fleet & Volunteer Coordinator.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Public Transport is capped at a Northeast Fife Stagecoach Day Rider. Fuel is reimbursed at 45p per mile and capped at 15 miles per trip.

    Experience required:An interest in learning about REAPER FR 958 and the Scottish Fisheries Museum. -desire to help promote all aspects of the Scottish Fisheries Museum. -willingness to undertake training as required. -willingness to follow health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe environment for all volunteers and visitors to the boat. -interest in meeting new people. -Good communication skills and a desire to develop these in a supportive setting.
