About this opportunity:This is an opportunity to enhance the life experience of Young Carers in Fife by 1 to 1 befriending in the community. Fife Young Carers support children and young people ages 0 to 25 who are unpaid carers. These young people look after family members who are ill or have a disability; this can have an impact on the time they have simply to be young, to do the things that children and young people should have the time and opportunity to do. As a volunteer befriender you could be part of the range of support services that Fife Young Carers offers to over 1200 children who perform caring roles in their homes.
