About this opportunity:Make a real difference to older people in your area! Support someone to make the most of life; find out what things could improve their life, and support them to take positive steps towards those things - improving their confidence, reducing their isolation, and helping them stay connected to their communities. You can help by accompanying them to a favourite club, helping them try different activities and make new friends, supporting their mobility and building up their strength again, or just dropping in for a cuppa and a chat - whatever it takes to make their day! You'll build relationships with the people you visit, something that's rewarding for you and the people you spend time with. This is a purely social role; no personal care is involved.
