YMCA Glenrothes is a leading community and homeless organisation dedicated to providing essential services, advocacy, and support to those in need. They are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join their Board of Trustees. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
-Fundraising and Development
-Legal and Compliance
-Financial Management
-Strategic Planning
-HR Services
As a board member, you will:
-Provide strategic direction and oversight
-Support fundraising and resource development efforts
-Advocate for our mission and programs
-Ensure the organisation’s financial health and sustainability goalsTakes place: mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays 
Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays Minimum age: 18 Maximum age: 100 Training provided: Support will be provided for all volunteers and training offered depending on each individuals’ skills/needs. Out of pocket expenses paid?
Yes - 45p per mile, reimbursed on a monthly basis.Experience required: Fundraising and Development Legal and Compliance Financial Management Strategic Planning HR Services accountancy or treasury background. Restrictions on who can volunteer
