Training provided: | Volunteers are given a brief induction to role and will be given support with each learner they work with. Initially, the Learning Co-ordinator will work with the Learner before pairing them up with Volunteer. If you feel there's further training required as a volunteer, that can also be arranged. Additionally, Lead has a range of online learning resources for Volunteers. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Out of pocket expenses paid? | Yes - Volunteers re-imbursed monthly but must submit volunteer expense form. Additionally, if volunteers spend their own money to buy resources for the Learner they will be re-imbursed for that.
