    Do you want to develop and build on your supervisor skills to boost your CV and share your skills?
    Oxfam shop volunteers make a real impact every day and help our work for a kinder and radically better world, without poverty. People become Oxfam shop volunteers for all sorts of reasons. But there's one thing that unites them: they're one-of-a-kind.


    What will you be doing?
    Helping the shop management team to keep the shop open.
    Supervising the team and ensuring that the shop is safe and supportive environment for all.
    Sorting through donations and finding those treasures!
    Plan and put together a window display or change the whole shop layout!
    Do you know how to take, upload and edit photos? That's all you need to be listing items for sale on the Oxfam Online Shop. We'll let you know what items you've sold!

    Training provided:Some online training modules surrounding health & safety, GDPR and safeguarding. New volunteers will be buddied up with either experienced volunteer or shop management team. Ongoing confidential support outside of the Oxfam role can be accessed via the Retail Trust, free.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Travel expenses can be reimbursed to volunteers on production of a receipt.

    Experience required:We can teach you how to do the role, the willingness to learn and be part of a team is essential. Happy to take on new skills, have fun and be part of a community will always help.
