    About this opportunity:Would you like to raise money to support local families?
    Team Jak is looking for volunteers to help out with their fundraising events - hosting stalls, attending community events, placing and managing collecting cans in local businesses, and any other activities that you would like to get involved with.
    As a fundraising volunteer, you will raise money to support young cancer patients and their families to have a safe place to go to explore their interests and feelings.
    This role is very flexible, and volunteers can get involved with events in their own area.

    Takes place:
    morningsafternoonsevenings
    Mondays
    Tuesdays
    Wednesdays
    Thursdays
    Fridays
    Saturdays
    Sundays
    Minimum age:16
    Maximum age:100
    Training provided:Volunteers receive a full induction and have access to Team Jak's training programme. There will always be staff on hand for support.
    Out of pocket expenses paid?
    Yes - Expenses paid at 45p per mile or public transport rates.

    Experience required:Volunteers should be enthusiastic and happy speaking to members of the public about Team Jak.

    Restrictions on who can volunteer
    Volunteers under 16 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
