  About this opportunity:	Sporting Memories Foundation Scotland is looking for someone passionate about sport that enjoys talking with older adults and will bring their enthusiasm into the club session  •  The Session Supporter works as part of a team of Facilitators and Session Supporters to organise and run the club sessions including helping to set up the venue for the club session as well as welcoming members as they arrive, organising refreshments and tidying up at the end  •  The team of volunteers are there to ensure the smooth running of the club  •  Sporting Memories clubs support older people who may have a physical disability and/or memory issues  •  Some of the members are isolated and the club provides them with the opportunity to chat and reminisce about their favourite sports
  Takes place:	mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays
  Minimum age:	16
  Maximum age:	100
  Training provided:	Online training session covers planning and running a club session (3hours). Online Policies and Procedures training session (1hour). Ongoing support is available from the Volunteer Coordinator and Fife Area Coordinator. Further training available - Dementia Awareness
  Out of pocket expenses paid?	Yes - Expenses are paid monthly and the mileage rate is 45p per mile.
