About this opportunity:Include Me provides a free independent Citizen Advocacy service in North East Fife to vulnerable people aged 16-65 who need help to safeguard their well-being, rights and other interests
     •  Can you be the difference in someone’s life? Volunteers do not have to have experience of advocacy or come from a Health & Social Care background but should have a strong sense of social justice and a desire to promote inclusion
     •  Our advocates stand alongside their advocacy partner, supporting them to have a voice and be a lead decision maker in their own life
     •  This is an opportunity to champion someone who may be excluded, ignored or isolated and who feels they have no control over what is happening to them
     •  Sometimes, a Citizen Advocate is the only person in a vulnerable adult’s life who is not paid to be there
     •  Citizen Advocates provide support, friendship, a sounding board, information and solidarity
