About this opportunity:
The role involves working with the Money Advice Assistants to process client forms, scan and attach documents to clients records, photocopy packs to send to clients, deal with incoming and outgoing mail appropriately and using our case recording systems to manage client records • Training will be provided on our internal systems but it is important that you are confident using a computer • Duties may be expanded to provide further assistance to Money Advisers as required •

Induction training into the organisation and policies relevant to the role.
Completion of stage one of the Adviser Training Programme (ATP).
One-to-one instruction on the relevant tasks to be undertaken.
Administrators shadow experienced advisers until competent.
Support is provided by the Money Advice Assistants on a day-to-day basis and may also include Quality of Advice feedback on the case recording system.
A Volunteer Progress Review is held on an annual basis with supervision and support meetings held in accordance with the Volunteer Supervision and Support policy.
Additional support will be provided by the Debt coordinator.

Yes - Travel expenses are paid for petrol at 45p per mile or actual public transport costs.
Expenses are paid on a monthly basis, in arrears, directly into a bank account.
