  About this opportunity:	LINK is once again seeking volunteers for the Adolescent Befriending Project  •  If you can spare a couple of hours a fortnight and would like to help young people (12-18) who have become isolated due to mental health issues, LINK would like to hear from you  •
  Takes place:	mornings afternoons evenings Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Sundays
  Minimum age:	16
  Maximum age:	no upper age limit has been specified
  Training provided:	Volunteers will receive training and ongoing support and supervision. There will also be personal development opportunities.
  Out of pocket expenses paid?	Yes - Travel and out-of-pocket expenses are paid, up to a set monthly amount.
  Experience required:	Positive attitude; good listening & organisational skills; empathy; sense of fun; reliability and consistency. Experience of mental health issues not necessary.
