    About this opportunity:Our long-standing Treasurer recently moved on and we are now seeking someone to assist us with this important role on our Board
     •  The role involves:- General financial oversight and producing relevant reports to the monthly Board meeting
     •  Bookkeeping, cash handling, banking and ensuring that all appropriate records are maintained
     •  Financial planning and budgeting
     •  Preparing annual accounts for audit and presenting accounts at the AGM
     •  The Treasurer will need to attend monthly Board meetings and these can be arranged flexibly to suit
