    About this opportunity:Equal Voice in Central Fife is a newly established voluntary organisation who currently employs one member of staff
     •  They have office premises iin Kirkcaldy and generally hold committee meetings at these premises
     •  We are looking for people who have some or all of the qualities listed: management experience, an interest or experience of people with a learning disability, an interest or experience of citizen advocacy, enthusiasm and motivation, financial management and/or funding knowledge, evaluation and monitoring knowledge or experience

    Training provided:The organisation offers a preparation course for citizens advocates and this will also be offered to propective management committee members. Current committee members will offer induction opportunities and support.

    Yes - Expenses can be applied for as required.

    Experience required:As previously mentioned, management committee members will have a range of experience and knowledge. An enthusiasm and willingness to address inequalities will be an advantage, as will previous experience of management committees.
