    About this opportunity:Homelands Trust is looking for an additional Caf� Assistant to join their small, friendly team of volunteers at their Paxton Centre Caf� in Lundin Links
     •  The caf� assistants are there to make sure that customers and guests staying in the award-winning holiday lodges receive a warm welcome and great service, whilst enjoying wonderful sea and golf course views
     •  You will help with set up of the caf� area, serve food and drinks; take payments, clean dishes, tables and floors after service
     •  You will receive induction, training, and support from our Volunteer Co-ordinator
     •  The caf� is currently open to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11am until 2pm

    Yes - Transport expenses will be paid by prior agreement with the Volunteer Coordinator.

    Experience required:Willingness to work as part of a team; confident speaking to people. Catering or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required as training will be offered. You must be willing to learn about food hygiene.

    Travel DetailsThe Caf� is located at 14a Links Road, Lundin Links, Fife, KY8 6AT. There are frequent daily bus services running into the town, from Leven, Kirkcaldy, St Andrews and the East Neuk (X58, X61, 95). There is a railway station at Leven where you can pick up a connecting bus to Lundin Links from the adjacent bus station.
