Meeting Room Hire

  • FVA has a range of meeting rooms available to hire across Fife. They can be booked by colleagues in the third, public or private sectors.


    We have meeting rooms spread across Dunfermline, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy. All of our buildings are conveniently located for public transport and with free parking nearby. Prices start at £11 per hour and we can accommodate most requirements, including catering, presentation equipment, video conferencing equipment, flipcharts and more. Bookings can be made for evenings and weekends, and discounts are available for block bookings.

Overpaying for tea/coffee?!

Here at FVA, all half-day and full-day bookings include tea, coffee and biscuits for up to 30 people, at no extra cost! We only charge £2.00 per person for tea, coffee and biscuits beyond 30 people, for each serving. That's less than half the price you'll pay in other venues.

Equipment included too!

We don't charge extra to use our video conferencing equipment, large screens, laptop, laser pointers and so on. The only extra charge we make is for flipchart stands, paper and pens (at £12.50 per pad).
