    Post: Volunteering Services Coordinator

    Hours: 24 per week

    Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

    Reporting to their Volunteering Service Manager (VSM) you will support them with the ongoing delivery and co-ordination of existing and new Macmillan Volunteering Services including the recruitment and training of volunteers, the referral process and volunteer support. You will provide operational assistance with referral pathways for the services to be delivered including covering for both the VSM and Lead Volunteers as necessary. You will work to enhance the quality of Macmillan Direct Volunteering Services schemes to deliver emotional and practical support to people affected by cancer and ensuring they are sustainable over the longer term.
