News/Events Category: FVA NewsWe have office space for rent at our large building in Kirkcaldy - New Volunteer House. The building benefits from an excellent central location, just yards from the bus station, Townhouse and train station in Kirkcaldy.
Demand for office space here has been high and so we're offering this space on a first-come, first-served basis with an entry of 01 May 2018.
The office is on the first floor and consists of a room of around 22 square metres with a small room/store at the back of around 3.3 square metres. The office is ideal for 3/4 staff members and benefits from a fixed charge which includes high speed internet (leased line), wifi, telephone system, kitchen facilities, heat, light and contribution to many other costs (no separate, variable service charge). The building is fully serviced during normal business hours with a waiting room for clients/visitors. Tenants have 24 hour access through our secure entry system. Meeting rooms can also be hired for interviews, small meetings, video conferencing, presentations and large events of up to 100 people.
No lengthy leases - licence can be month-to-month ensuring that you don't have to pay to leave if your circumstances change.
