Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. An exciting opportunity has arisen within their Housing Department for a self-motivated professional to lead their new Housing Management Team. The team has recently been restructured and they are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on the role of team leader and to continue the process of developing and reviewing practices and processes following the restructure.
Based in Glenrothes this team carries out the core housing management function for all of the Associations social rented properties. You will be a housing professional with significant experience of working in a social housing role in a housing association, council or similar organisation. With an excellent knowledge of social housing activities and regulations, and a passion and track record for delivering high quality customer services; you will have the leadership skills and motivation to lead the team providing this key service within a growing and innovative organisation. The post is subject to a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check and a current full UK driving licence and use of car for work purposes is essential for this post.
