AGE Scotland – Age Awareness and the Workplace

    • Changing demographics
    • What is ageing?
    • Cognitive changes with ageing
    • Perspectives of ageing
    • Reactive behaviours
    • Successful ageing
    • The importance of physical activity in the workplace
