Hours: 16 hours per week, 18 month project commencing 01 March 2018
Salary: £7,500 per annum
Reporting directly to the Project Coordinator and Growing Manager, the Support, Logistics and Monitoring Assistant will support to running of the Aspiring Communities Project through providing a range of administrative and other support. This includes record-keeping, tracking resources and appropriate finances. It also support to communication and liaison, including social media, web and pres the post also requires occasional assistance to provide catering for daily meals for volunteer groups and other tasks.
The successful candidate will possess good practical knowledge and experience in aspects of administration or similar work but also experience of diverse work in small groups or voluntary organisations. This involve a positive attitude, willingness to take up any tasks required. This needs good attitudes and willingness to work constructively with other project colleagues maintaining excellent relations in a staff team.
Ideally the candidate should live relatively locally within Levenmouth or central Fife. Working hours can be agreed but should involve two-three core days between Tuesday to Fridays each week with additional hours as required. Occasional work at weekends may be expected.
